Past State Grand Loyal Lady Ruler is a title bestowed upon a State Grand Loyal Lady Ruler upon
her successful completion of her term in office. It is the most prestigious office a female of any
Masonic Order can hold. PSGLLR Helga Farrow had a vision and so wanted to turn that vision into
a reality under the guidance of State Grand Loyal Lady Ruler, Diane Wilson and thus with the
assistance of PSGLLR Roswita Montgomery and PSGLLR Linda M. Shelman the Past State Grand
Loyal Lady Ruler’s Scholarship was established, on 15 February 2008.
The PSGLLR’s believe in a full circle commitment to education and that knowledge is power. In
keeping with the tradition of no child being left behind, the PSGLLR’s believe in order to assist a
high school senior with a passion for learning and a determination to succeed, we must give from
the heart, to assist such a student, in earning a college degree.
